2x PAR-Esque light - 600 Watts

This is a Fotolite (that's the company). The model is QC6 "Fotolight" Quartz Light. This thing pumps out a ton of light (hard light) that can be controlled with the front barn doors. I have used these for both photography as well as video (more use with video). I would say that the globes have around 6 hours and should continue to burn for a while. The lights are 120 volt AC / 5.0 amps. These burn long and hot and are just really nice inexpensive units. $25 each plus $10 shipping

2x Portable Lights

Well these are your pretty standard lights with mild control on a light stand. I use some cool house bulbs and they work great for studio still work but with some more powerful globes they could be great lightweight video lights. $20 each plus $15 shipping (once again, light stands are heavy) I will even throw in a good environmentally friendly bulb.
