New short shot with my dvx100b

"Click on the launch in QuickTime button to watch the movie in Quicktime Player. Click on the thubnail image to see the movie play inline."

Ok, i must be goofy here. Couldnt find a Quictime Button and clicking on the image doesnt work for me.
 
oh yes, sorry i forgot, some of our videos that where uploaded, need to open into a seperate quicktime frame, soo... this means it will work in Safari, For sure i know it wont work in FIREFOX... internet explorer and netscape and any other browser im not sure. But it will work with Safari. Click the thumnail, should pop up. This short came out really good i feel an i would love to hear you comments. Thanks

I thought the way you did the end credits were nice. The story itself was kinda, well, not consistant. The only thing I got was when he took the pills, was seeing things, and thought he was having sex with a hot chick and not an old lady. Is this your first short? Anyways, I think the ending was good, but the beginning was a little slow, but I'm sure with more practice, you'll be GREAT. I know my first short was, well awful, yours is definetly not awful. Keep it up!!
 
not my first short, lol, though it was my first 24hr shot, not consistant? ok... but thanks for the good words, the whole story is that the pill make him halucinate, thus he thinks he is sleeping with a hot girl, though he really is with a grandma. Thus the "halucinex" title, the credits where a last minute idea... please the more comments the better!

Good job. I liked the whole look of the short, and I liked the effects. The actual story line could of been a little better but it was cool. The shot where the camera man was just behind the main character who was "peeping" the old lady who he thought was younger and sexy was very nice. It reminded me of when Michael Myers was stalking his victims in the 1st Halloween. Did you use the preset scene file setttings on this short? Anything major applied in post (like a magic bullet preset filter)? Over all, nice job!
 
all shot on he fly with the F6 preset to save time, all the effects used in post were; 3way color correction and some composite modes, speed remap, and thats about it, the story compared to othere entrys i have seen isnt all that bad, weak we know, but not bad...lol we came up with this story at about 6:30 am, and at the end we had to cut many sceans that made the story more solid, but the original cut came out to 6 min, w/o credits, so we had to cut half of the original out, and make it 3 min. w/ titles to make it legal. Im glad you liked the look, i exposed to make it have a "weeds" feel for the outside shots, any other questions i'll be glad to answer.
 
Thanks, Im glad so many people liked the credits! lol, Out off all people i show the film to, they allways say they like the Credits. I guess that is a good thing. Keep the comments coming!
