Film Festival Help?

I wasn't sure where to post this so I'm really sorry if this is the incorrect forum.

Anyway, I just finished a short film which I shot on the DVX100B called Paradise 7 which I'm very happy with. I feel it's a good piece of work and would like to get it in to a few film festivals. Does anyone know any good low to mid-level film festivals to submit to? I know there are hundreds of film festivals but I don't want to submit to some of the more elite ones as they all have $20-$40 entry fees and want to submit to ones where I actually have a chance at getting into. This is a short shot for basically no money with a crew of six people. The website for the film is at paradise7film.com. There is only a promo image up right now.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks so much!

I do plan to put the film online eventually but I read somewhere that some festivals don't want you putting films online. I might be wrong about that though?
