For sale in Los Angeles is a Panasonic DVX100B package, purchased new from EVS in Los Angeles in the spring of 2006.
If you're looking for a complete package with which to start shooting right away, this is a perfect candidate, offering more than just the basics, with a Fig Rig, extra battery, filters, Varizoom controller, rain-ready, and more. You'll need nothing other than a mic.
Included with the camera are a clear UV filter, circular polarizing filter, the extended four year Mack warranty, original box, all documentation and original accessories, and Barry's DVX user guide.
The camera has about 10-12 hours of use. I only really used it for two brief periods; the beginning of summer 2006 and then in the autumn. Otherwise, it's remained in its Pelican case in an air-conditioned room.
The Manfrotto/Bogen tripod with 503 fluid head has been set up twice ever, and one of those two times was in my house when I first bought it.
The Fig Rig has seen very light, brief use; mostly over a two day span.
Everything is in perfect condition. Cosmetically as new.
Full list below, with asking prices:
DVX100B, w/warranty and filters: $2,300 -- SOLD
Bogen/Manfrotto 35/MVB2 tripod with 503 fluid head: $450 -- SOLD
Fig Rig: $250
Varizoom rocker controller for zoom, iris, focus: $175 -- SOLD
Petrol rain cover: $60 -- SOLD
Hoodman: $10 -- SOLD
Semi-soft shoulder bag for DVX: $55
Pelican case: $85 -- SOLD
Extra 10 hour battery: $50 -- SOLD
As new today, this package would cost you over $4,700 before tax and/or shipping (based on current EVS/BHPhoto prices). I'm asking $3,450, or best offer.
