HVX200,.. woot woot. I taught a kid (the german) rule of thirds real quick, and he shot most of it. He nailed the Saving PVT Ryan camera work.

I set it for 1/1000th shutter and told him to adjust the iris.

hahaha. oh man, i laughed out loud to frag. that was great. looked really good too. what were your setting for that shoot if you don't mind?
 
I mentioned the settings above. I did the color in post. If you have any specific questions let me know!

We shot it at Bauer UT. It's an abandoned smelting town. It's an EPA super fund clean up site. It's really bad to go there, but oh well. The pools of red water, and the yellow dust on the kid that kept falling down probably weren't good.

Lots of taggers paint and paintballers tag there. Bauer is where I shot a 3 part paintball mini-trilogy "Blackcell". I swore I was done shooting there,.. guess not.
It was really hard to find a wall that wasn't covered in graffiti.

Glad you laughed, by 6AM I was wondering what I had created, ha ha.

I posted some stills in this thread. The same kid that kept falling had to get 6 0r 7 stitches from one of his falls. Then my buddy got his Macbook and iPod stolen, it was an eventful day.
