You Never Know Until You Try It: short form comedy

[Life in a Box Films]

The premise is fairly simple... with each new short episode, Nate tries something he's never done before. Here are couple of the episodes:

Man, you, or that guy is really messed lol. Nice shot on the soccer one, great d.o.f....The cookie sheet is the best, except i got kicked out of class...kinda loud..

I thought the Jesus one was pretty funny.

But I am not a huge fan of non-sequitur humor, where it's not really funny per-se, it's just supposed to smack you in the nuts with something so odd and incongruous, you kind of go WTF? And since this kind of stuff has already moved into main-stream TV advertising, it's kind of lost its edge.

They are all shot very well.

Good lighting in general; Mollusk was the prettiest looking, Cookie Sheet was the funniest, and Bed of Newspaper had the best celebrity plate cameo ever. Nice work!

Hey everyone, thanks for the feedback! Yeah, we're just getting started, we have around 50 or so sketches written out with varying styles and many are very elaborate. They are very fun to work on and good practice for shooting and lighting as each one is in a different location.
