Chart for how much footage can be stored on a P2 card?

Does anybody have a reference chart or table that displays the data-rate of the different resolution/fps configurations for the HVX200? Bonus points if it lists how much of that footage can be put on to each of the sized P2 cards. I tried searching but to no avail.
 
This document works perfectly since we have 2 8GB cards. Does anybody else have the same data for other cards? I could do the math but don't want to reinvent the wheel if it already exists.
 
I could, but if it's already mocked up in a table somewhere on the web I would rather link my client to it instead of taking the time to do and publish my own. Much easier to just look at a table and not have to keep calculating it for all the different options.
