Austin Texas users want to team up?

I have to work tonight so I wont be able to make it but please keep me updated. Started on a few ideas for the music last night and sketched out a couple possible poster concepts ill put to Photoshop once I get a chance to look at the script.

They have free wifi at the coffee shop, any way I can get someone going to use the hvxinatx site chat room so I can be a part of the meeting?
 
I don't have my own laptop but I'll mention it once I get there, in case I'm the last person to read that.
 
Went well. We have a new idea and I think it'll be 1) easier 2) more visually interesting and 3) "central-er".

Look out for some e-mails with an outline, etc.

Hi everyone,

We've got a new creepier concept which I'll let Will elaborate on. I think you guys are really going to dig it. A lot of shooting in a Catholic church setting which Will & Scott are trying to secure right now.

How does Sunday sound for the next meeting? Same place at say 1:00?

Still working really hard to get the church. They seem to be alittle hesitant at the idea of letting some indie film makers film in the H.O.G. Odd thing.
So we are still looking at the possibility of shooting in one of the many fine city parks here in the lovely Austin area. Mt Bonnell got scouted and it would be geat. I just have to work my magic on the powers. We are still looking for the church. This is kinda crucial to the development of the story. I think we could use any "cathedral" looking church and we could do a cardboard confessional if we had to. It'll look real on screen.
If everyone will check in on the yahoo group for wild imagination films, you'll be better able to keep up with everything we have going on. At this point things are going to start going really fast and it'll be really easy to get left behind. We have 28 days left to get this thing done. I am anxious to hear or see everyone's ideas and input. We have a solid plan and there is plenty of work for everyone to do. Like I said, the yahoo group is the best way for me to keep everyone abreast of what's happening.

Sorry, I can't make it to the meeting today, but I'm available for helping out/next meeting during the week. As I understand it we want to cast next weekend, so we probably want to nail down the script this week.

We have submitted the casting call request and it should be up tomorrow. We'll try to have everything ready for a Saturday casting session.

Need a headcount of everyone who is definitely in on this project. We're going to have to have a couple of late nighters to nail this thing down in time.

I can shoot overnight on Fridays and Saturdays. I think there's a weekend that I have Monday off (possibly next) and I'll be able to shoot that Sunday night also.

I'm certainly "in," I just can't really mix over-night shooting and school.
