Miss South Carolina on Education

That is so funny I almost wet myself.

I know some people who are really into pagents... and I just don't get it. We have a world full of religious people who spend their entire lives worshipping the physical...

thats special - I understand being nervous and all, but dang... shes just dumb.

And thanks for the subtitles link, it helped...

My favorite thing about this is that in a last ditch effort to save it she ends by saying...
"so we will be able to build up our future for our children."

Just awesome.

My wife (who sent me the link) and I have decided to move to Charleston. We really liked it when we honeymooned there; now we figure our nascent offspring should be able to dominate the other children. Or at least blind them with their inherited pastiness.

Jason

Wilmington is where it's at baby. It's like little Howood here, not to mention half of the MOD TEAM live here :P

And it's on the ocean.

Tell your wife youre moving HERE

LOL

Despite her hilarious response, none of you were boggled by the question?

The question says 20% of americans cannot locate the US on a map. Yet the question doesn't qualify the statistic with who was polled and how the study was performed. Are infants and toddlers included? Are we talking about adult legal citizens only? Ambiguous statistics are frustrating. They do a better job on Family Feud.

Hot chicks like that don't have to be smart or know how to make coherent sentences. Blame the people who've fallen all over themselves to get her by every obstacle she's come across so they could get in her pants

Undoubtedly true for the past couple of years, but I'm pretty sure I could've told you where the US was on a map when I was in the first grade. And it's knowledge that served me well when I found myself alone in the Italian Dolomites in the second grade. I just pointed to the US and they shipped me back.

knoxworth, most of the country can't locate Iraq on a world map let alone most of the major countries (and it goes without saying many of the smaller European nations), hell I saw a youtube video just a couple weeks ago where most people interviewed couldn't remember what month/day/year 9/11 happened on, or what city it happened in. This country is straight up ignorant and people like Miss SC, as fun as she is to laugh at, represents a HUGE chunk of the population

it should be noted that miss south carolina finished 4th out of 51 contestants. that is scary.
