"On The Lot" tonight

Does the final episode air next Tuesday? I thought they were to announce the winner yesterday.

I'm rooting for Adam, because he sorta came out of nowhere. I thought Sam or the guy who always wears a hat/glasses to win the competition.

Penny actually scared the hell out of me. I still have nightmares.
 
The Army doll one was good but the lighting could have been much, much better (coulda had a real Tim Burton kind of feel).
 
i can not believe they brought back the guy that did the skateboard film and let him compete and then he turns around and wins the whole thing. what a ripoff!!!!!!

he definately got the sympathy vote but i'm glad he's able to support his family. it was pretty cool watching him get in that limo and go see Spielberg give him the keys to his new office.

hopefully Jason and Zack will get some good contacts out of this.

tip one: next time if you go to a voting show, make sure you bring your personal laundry with you, it will surely get you the "emotional" and sympathy vote. :0
 
wow the guy who won had awful videos, you could find hundreds of kids better then him on youtube in a few hours. why do people vote for the lame predictable unoriginal videos?

I did think Will played the family card, but ...

I don't know if you followed the whole series but none of the films were exactly "edgy" except for some of the skateboard guy's.

I think he is certainly a credible winner. Though I think I would have leaned towards Jason.
 
Will made mostly your typical "mainstream" movie that a lot of people are comfortable with. If you followed the entire season you can see that those that are radical, got the boot early. E.g., the italian chick, Kenny (too artsy), Matt, Marteen (his msg is too deep), the indian chick from NY. Even Jason got critized by Carrie for "Ghetta Room" which is just slightly not too politically correct for the mainstream audience.

If there is a second season, they will never show the behind the scenes, technical details of making a movie, lighting, audio, blocking ... all stuff that WE get EXCITED ABOUT HERE. Why ? because apart from the filmmakers, your typical audience is just NOT INTERESTED.

Look at America's got talent, who won the million $$$ tonight ? Some dude with a turtle puppet that sings oldies but goodies songs. IMHO, the human beatbox chick (Butterscotch) is way more talented than a guy that can sing with his mouth closed.

If that is not an emotion vote , I dont know what is. LOL.

My bet, if the top 3 were to release a feature film with dreamworks, Jason would have the freshest and unique film. Second will be Adam and Will would probably have your typical "safe" Hollywood disney type of family movie or a chick flick.

BTW, i think spielberg deep inside wanted Zach ! LOL

oh well, the show and its host are kind crappy anyhow. I doubt it will return next year.
 
Seriously DX....we argued about this already. NO matter who won I would have felt happy for them. If it was Jason my post would have read YAYAYAYAYAYA!!! for Jason, and if Adam...the same. NO matter who won, tell me it wouldn't be incredible to watch them walk up to those gates whether it was Will or not. Emotional my ***, sorry I get excited for someone that has the same kind of dream as many on this site....pardon my tenderness.

Besides, when I asked you if you even voted you didn't say a word so complaining about the voting outcome is rediculous on your part. Thats like complaining about what President got elected when you didn't go out and do your part by voting against him lol.

The way people think....I swear.
