Can the HVX output to monitor the FCP timeline?

Hi,
as for dv cameras, if i connect the HVX200 to my FCP via FW, when i play something on the FCP will the HVX output it from some video output for monitoring?

there are many solutions for outputting to a tv or monitor. Blackmagic, aja, matrox, etc. Be sure to investigate those options as well. If you have a mac pro, the blackmagic intensity card sends out HDMI.

do you have personal experience with the intensity pro card + mac pro? I am interested in making the purchase but wanted some real life feedback from a user.

How has it been working for you?
