Fisheye Lens Choices

I just got the Schneider Optics Super Fisheye for the HVX200 (not the extreme). I was a little bummed that I have to remove my UV lens from the stock lens before adding the Schnieder fisheye. It's just one extra thing to have to juggle when I'm in the field trying to add the fisheye.

Does anyone know if you have to remove the UV filters with the Cavision or 16x9 Fisheyes? Also, does anyone have an opinion of one of these three fisheeyes over another?

Don't have a fisheye but generally you would have to remove the UV to add a wide angle. it might work but vingette I imagine.

Jeff,

I do have to remove my UV filter to use my 16x9 Fisheye. And for an opinion I really like 16x9 glass. I project on a 10' screen 1080p and don't see any vignetting in the image.

The 16x9 is screw on, so theoritically you could probalby screw it on the filter, but I would not recommend it. I'd just not use the UV filter with a fisheye.
