Digital Cinema Course not received yet

The 26 of June I have ordered from www.digitalcinemacourse.com
a copy of Digital Cinema Filmmaker's Training Course.
439 US dollars payed with paypal.
After one month I have received NOTHING.
In the last 2 weeks I have sended 2 mails, but no one has answered.
Is now the time for my lawyer?

I'm sad.

This is a great course and Rush is an honest guy who has been around here for a long time. I am guessing you are out of the country and maybe the shipping is taking longer than expected. Send another email, you didn't get ripped off. Good luck.
 
I live in Italy not on the moon.
Two years ago I've bought Barry's dvx book.
After few days I had the book at home.
And now?

Rush, where are you?
Why don't you answer to my mails?

Rush is a GREAT guy, I'm sure he will clear this up very quickly if there is anything out of order.

Since your address was international, it took 7 business days for Paypal to verify your address (considering the July 4th Holiday Schedule) and send us a confirmation. We shipped it the same day we got that confirmation. We sent you an email with a tracking number, and never heard from you since.

Rush, you've convincingly proven your reliability and up-frontedness. I've edited the message you posted to protect Luca's privacy, but for future readers, the actual addresses were listed and printed in this e-mail and show that Rush complied with "Pop"'s order and requests.

Pop, it'd be kind of you to edit your original message to remove insinuations that anything was done wrong; your package may have been held up in customs or at the Italian post office, but Rush shipped it as he was supposed to.

Italy has the slowest post-service in the world. 2005 figures showed that a letter from Sizilia to Milano take about 10 days to arrive. That is - and they were very proud of that fact - 6 days faster than 100 years earlier!

I know how slow the italian authorities can be. I live just one country north of you and I'm am married to an italian woman :-)

The problem is not that the DCC is so much in late,
the problem is that I have sended 2 mails in the last 2 weeks and no one has answerd.
Rush, my friend, why have you not answered to my mails in which i was asking you clarifications , avoiding this unpleasant misuderstandig?
Why?

ANd I have not seen any mail with traking number of the shipment.
PLEASE try to send me again that mail...

Augenblick, Italian Post service is good and I never had any problem....
It takes 24 hours to send a letter everywhere in Italy.

Pop- It's clear to all of us that Rush not only met his commitment to you but did so in timely fashion. I personally don't see where there is any further responsibility beyond that. Your making this public in the first place is completely without merit...to come back with your last response is w-a-a-a-y out of line. You (IMHO) should have followed Barry's advice and modified your post (if not deleting it in it's entirety).

This is a perfect example of a post that needs to be locked/deleted.

Hmmm... seems to me Rush posted a picture of the shipment receipt. Are you suggesting he isn't being honest with you/us about the fact that he shipped it??

Also, keep in mind that the US Postal Service doesn't provide true in-shipment tracking the way other services do. Sure, there's delivery confirmation, but by the time that matters, you already have the package. So the reason Rush hasn't sent you an email with the tracking info is likely because there isn't any tracking info for him to send.
 
Well, okay, egads.... This is the same content I have already sent to your nikatora@yahoo.it address. Maybe check your Spam Folder, Yahoo is notorious for storing messages with attachments into the Spam or Flagged folder.

I have already mentioned to you before, that the USPS (United States Postal Service) does not provide tracking numbers for international shipments. They just provide a Customs CP number, like an ID number, on the receipts that I have already sent you. There is no tracking number.... Just the CP number in the receipts below, again: CP323621363US

Here is my credit card receipt as well, in consideration of the latest round of accusations. :undecided
