Century Pro Series HD 2x Tele-Converter

Wondering if anybody has used this Tele-converter. If so, do I need rod's? I have rods that came with my Cavision Shoulder mount but is there any other pieces I would need?

I have it and would HIGHLY recommend rods as it is VERY heavy. It comes with a support for the lens, and I wouldn't even consider using it w/o SOME kind of rod system.
