question for Jan C.L. which we all have

Now that the HPX500 and the 2000 are presented and starting to come onto the marcket I think there should be time and capacity again at Panasonic R&D to have a closer look at the HVX200 again and try to improve the already superb cam. with the input Jan C.L. got from this terrific forum. So Jan can you shed a light on this assumption of me????

improved noise reduction software, flip frame, improve audio input possibilities, drop the tape deck so the HVX will become less bulky etc.

I would love to be able to set and forget the camera's focus while using a 35mm adapter. This should be a firmware update that allows a specific focus value to be stored in the camera (it should survive a power down and unplugging). Maybe it could be added to the scene file.

i saw in the spec from the HPX500 that it has the posibbility to flip image so maybe the updated HVX will get this option as well.
