Most Film Like Image I Have Ever Gotten!

So you never answered. Was that stock or a 35mm adapter? I saw some heavy shallow DOF, from a distance, not sure if you can achieve that with stock dvx...
 
im pretty sure he doesnt use an adapter. i just did green pissx2, it looks awesome. thankss for the settings.

No Adapter, sorry. Im saving up for a letus35 but being 15 years old doesnt really help on getting a job. I work at a local video production company, the only one where i live, and they know 0 about anything so I'm usually the "guy".
 
Well, its certianly a polihsed look. but film is actually really flat and never really goes "black". the crushed black look is from special processes and the DI. it certianly looks like a lot of color graded films do.
 
What program are you using for the green piss setting? Is if Final Cut Pro? If not can I do it with Final Cut?
 
dang it. It is. Plugin for AE, Magic Bullet>Look Suite. You can still achieve this look by changing the color, just play with the settings>do color correction. After all best things come from trail and error.
 
That was great. Crap you're 15? Nicely done. Good music, felt like I was right there secretly watching these kids skate.
 
Ha I hope so. I am flat broke right now, spent my last two dollars Sunday buying a drink and then a dollar for the offering at church.

He is using Magic Bullet. Its made by Red Giant Software. Which is a plugin for Adobe After Effects (and they make a magic bullet editors version that I think works with premiere and final cut etc..)
