Ok I've been had, this is the first time that this has happened. I have purchased from 3 or 4 other users and things went fine. I purchased what was listed as 6 lights, 3 softboxes and 6 light stands. ALL I RECIEVED was 2 lights and 3 stands and a extention cord WTF! Not to mention communication with the seller is terrible after payment was sent and paypal cant help me this is what they had to say to my claim:
Dear MIKE MILLER,
You have chosen to escalate your dispute to a PayPal claim. By ending
communication with the seller, you are asking PayPal to investigate the
case and decide the outcome. As part of our investigation, PayPal reviewed
any communication you may have had in the Resolution Center.
Our investigation into your claim is complete. As stated in our User
Agreement, the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods. It
does not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goods
received. Therefore, we are unable to reverse this transaction or issue a
refund.
Would you please send me pictures of what you recieved? You said you got three boxes? It was supposed to be a one big box with everything in it.

Stop screaming. I was waiting for the pictures. I sent you everything...I can't explain what happened other than the box opened and the post office poo pooed it up. Something happened to the box on the way there. The box I sent was PACKED, so packed I had trouble closing it. So something went wrong. Some of the stuff is missing like the AIKI lights that were on top of the impact lights. Or you could simply be lying to me cause you weren't happy with the lights and you want your money back. Either way, I lost my poo pooing lights. Now what do you want to do? I moved to California, I don't have a job, I'm looking for one though. So I would like to know if you would like a percentage of the money back which I will pay when I get a job (should be soon, I got a degree) remember I paid 30 dollars to send that big ass box, and I also lost my lights which I paid close 500 dollars for...so either way I'm screwed. But I will return some of the money because I found you to be quite rude anyway. If I wanted to steal your poo pooing money, I would...but I'm not (I don't poo pooing steal) I'm gonna return your money so you can finally complete that million dollars.

What the hell are you talking about ( complete my million dollars) my financial status does not have anything to do with you offering 6 lights 6 stands and 3 softboxes and me recieving 2 lights 3 stands and an extention cord! And also me lying about what i recieved is so petty of an excuse I wont even bother responding to that one......... as it stands I have less than 25% of what I payed for so your wrong you have already stole my money, and tomorrow i am calling my credit card company to report this.
By the way if you feel it in your heart to give me any of my money back my paypal is staygettinent@gmail.com
Can anybody help me with a good escrow company for future use.
