Hey everybody!
I just finished a new music video for a band from echo park called The Outline. It was shot with an HVX on the DV50 mode, mostly because it made easier to frame things for 4:3. No mini35, no lenses, just pure HVX! The link is

Any comments/feedback/critique would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hey Stuart,
Awesome video! It takes me back to the glory days of MTV, when music videos were interesting. I like the film scratch effects. Seamless integration between your shots and the the Ray Harryhausen shots. It looks great. Keep up the good work.

Seamus,
Thanks for the kinds word, I appreciate it. The original source material isn't Harryhausen, it's one of his proteges - Doug Beswick. The movie is "Planet of the Dinosaurs" (also known as "Planet of Dinosaurs") from 1978.

Star Trek meets Land of the Lost meets the Beasties' "Intergalactic" video meets this one straight-to-video movie I read the jacket of at Blockbuster a long time ago (involving man-hungry Amazons)...dig it. A lot.
