Muwiki Films will officially be wasting 30 seconds of your time...

[smashedburrito]

I've been a member for over a year and I still haven't entered one of these things? That can't be right...

So hopefully at some point this summer I will make something worth entering.

I will post updates as they occur. Wish me luck!

Hahah thanks, I do what I can.

Just curious, are most people actually making funny commercials or actually trying to make a serious thing?

[Brandon Rice]

Funny commercials can sell product better than serious ones sometimes...

[smashedburrito]

True. I guess I need to decide what I'm selling first before I decide what the commercial is.

[Brandon Rice]

Good idea

Sell smashed burritos!

Kinetica Tortillas! "You Wrap 'Em, We Smash 'Em"

[smashedburrito]

Hahahaha man I never even thought of that. I guess if I'm making something for DVXuser then something has to die in the end. Might as well be a burrito.

Yeah, we're kind of like Godard in that way!

[tmnt]

I'm doing a serious one.

In honor of all of your ideas I have written my script. It goes

INT. MEXICAN RESTAURANT - DAY
A BURRITO enters the restaurant and takes a seat at a table. ROBIN, a 30 year old spy dressed in a suit and sunglasses enters. The Burrito and Robin share a hard stare while they both reach for weapons.

A GUNSHOT is heard.

FADE TO BLACK

Oh and Kinetica is the name of the gun.

Any thoughts?

[Larry Rutledge]

Brilliant! ( Oh wait, that's a different ad campaign  )

[Brandon Rice]

LOL...love the script.

[smashedburrito]

Glad you guys like it. I'm thinking of throwing in a few black and white flashbacks just for giggles.

[Tom Marshall]

Kinetica... kills burritos dead...

You might get into trouble with Raid (bugspray) though... :cheesy:
