Why is my footage jumpy and jittery in my avid but not on my camera or ntsc monitor?

I've tried two different computers. Its not jittery and jumpy the whole time it seems when the camera moves mostly. Even then its not a constant jitter or jumpy kind of sporadic? I cleaned the camera heads just in case thinking that might be it. Yet when I play it back on my locked monitor attached to my camera it looks fine and when I play it back on my avid through and ntsc monitor it looks fine too? Yet in my avid editor window it doesn't look right. I've never had this problem before.

What frame rate and project type?

60/30i project type is dv25 411 I have a mojo and timeline is 30i.

I have a mojo as well and now my avid seems to freeze when I swtich from full to draft still and when I switch from capture window to soure record?

The first thing I would check it to make sure your timeline is in green/green mode.
