We have had a hell of a time with this one. Just alot of chiefs and not enough Indians and all have opinionms. Took a while to figure out who's opinion mattered and today we finally got a final cut that person was happy with so the video should be forth coming soon. Meanwhile, we cut this 30 sec pronmo for the label to get on the air promoting the upcoming album release and this is roughly the opening of the video.. As for specs

Helicopter shots.......holy crap!

What kind of budget did this have? Looks good, definantly has that tropical miami color going on :thumbup:
 
Thanks bud.. as to budget.. Hmmm well I believe it came in just under $40,000 two days of shooting, the helicopter boat house on star island. Actually that is a rather small budget for a video like this. The same label shelled out $200,000 for Gil Greens "Dont Matter" video for Akon. I still don't know where they spent it. (well, no I do, gotta love creative book keeping) Oh and we had only 2 DAYS pre-production. We got approval for the treatment on a Tue, shot Thur morning. Still amazed we pulled it off.

Wow, 2 days of pre-production! As a DP, I wouldn't be terribly happy, but hey, being a DP requires rolling with the punches, and I do :beer:

Yeah my boss was DP. He bassically saw none of the locations till day of shoot, but that happens alot in this industry. The 5 ton grip truck helps LOL
