But will she make the "nuh-nuh-nuh-nuh" sound?

disgusting.

this is the same network that is giving those geico cavemen people their own television series (but Ari on Entourage said that if they gave Joey 48 episodes they wont cancel anything)

At this point the only TV shows I watch are Sopranos, Entourage, and Lost

I love the title of this clip:

"Every bionic woman has trouble with her family."

So true...

I think Oprah had an episode about that widespread problem. It raised awareness of this hearbreaking issue, which is all you can ask of Oprah, isn't it? Get off her back, Harrison!

They were planning to redo the 6million dollar man, rumors were that Jim Carey would be Steve Austin, written by Kevin Smith. I read what was supposed to be Smith's draft, and laughed. It wasn't great, but it was ok. Snoogins ;)

I love this. I used to love Jamie Sommers. Lee Majors as the Bionic Man was great but as a young boy a cute chick doing the same thing is always better. I don't know if much has changed. :)

Actually the clips look pretty good. IMHO.

The only think that has me concerned is the sister sub plot. Deaf sister is sooo melodramatic that it will be almost impossible to pull off.

But I imagine the sister is deaf to show a thematic alternative / counter point.

One sister's senses are more than human, the other sister's senses are incomplete.

Why should one be so lucky, yada yada yada. Tough to pull off.

But the car crash was awesome.

The actress that plays Starbuck in the new Battle Star is the 1st / Bad Guy bionic woman / the only one that can stop the new rogue bionic woman, Jamie.

Except for the sister subplot which has me concerned in terms of difficulty level and cheesiness, I liked what I saw in the clips.

Erm, that's ABC actually.

Though I agree that there is nothing but crap on TV these days.

- Mikko ... works at an NBC station. And is sick of running "caveman" adds.

i dunno how they will make a whole tv show out of them, but I think the geico cavemen are hilarious

If only she could have given her deaf sister her good ear. Oh, the irony and the heartbreak.

Well, the deaf sister is played by the actress who was Anne on "Arrested Development," so maybe GOB will have a ride-through on his Segway.

It's all in the execution. I remember how much EVERYONE I know groaned when they heard about the BSG remake - including myself. I avoided it for a long time.

This doesn't look terrible. If the writing's good, the writing's good. And give me a sexy Katie Sackhoff in the "Faith" role any day of the week, please...

I always thought that sound was more like: "ch-ch-ch-ch-ch..."

Okay, who'd like a banger in the mouth?

(beat, beat)

Right... I forgot, here in the States, you call it a sausage
in the mouth.

MICHAEL
We just call it a sausage.

Maybe they will give the gal a new set of ears. I see this as a possibility in season 3.

Dig the show, anything that leads us back to the six million dollar man meets bigfoot redux one day is important television.

Season three will reveal that they were all trapped on an island in outer space and it was a dream except that it might be that what it really was was a hallucination induced by some creatures from inner earth.

Then we go into a season of flashbacks where Jaime remembers that she was never born. Or was she? It'll take another order of thirteen to figure this out. In the meantime, our entire cast will be arrested one-by-one on petty noise ordinances and long off-the-books "operating a bicycle or other human-locomoted device while under the influence of a controlled substance" charges during production. While our location in Modesto, California is less exotic than the Big Island digs of Lost, the story will nevertheless make the front pages of the Sun and National Enquirer and other check-out rag weeklies.

Then JR comes back, because in this alternate universe, he was never shot. He was just in the shower with his cousin - who was a bank robber with a conscience in The Nine.

I'm ready.

oooo, are they in Outter Space? Kind of like Dark City or Slaughterhouse 5? Hmmm, I guess I never thought about that one...

Isn't it obvious after the 78th viewing of the teaser? I started to pick up on it after viewing number sixty - note: you have to look at the whole thing frame-by-frame in your NLE at zoom level 200%.
