made this video for the papa roach music video contest.

please let me know what you think and if the story makes any sense to u even tho some key shots I needed we didn't have time to shoot.


I had lots of time issues so some were shot in wrong wierd light so i had to try to fix some.

I spent too much time on certain shots so there are some shots that I believe are exceptional but others fall flat. oh well, availability of people was an issue. including myself :P.
 
THere was a shot that re-capped the paper's falling but without the main subject. We don't need to see that again, don't dumb down the audience that much lol. I've seen and heard this story many times, wasn't bad for what it was compared to the other entries...
 
thx inoran, yea sorry about that I had a scene where the girl gives the necklace to the boy but we didn't have time to shoot that last scene along with some other reaction shots.

thanks for the info inspire, yea it was a bit rushed but even still I should have pulled it off better. wed I wrote some notes and made a shot list, wed and and thurs night I shot but was only able to shoot after 9pm . Finished editing friday night which led to me missing the 1st day of Coachella! :(

another dvxuser(hiro) made a video as well and practically demolished mine.

I think the key was suppose to remind the chic of her loss love? right? the chic is smokin in those panties!! good luck with the contest -ramon
 
yea thats correct hiro. goodluck to you as well, I think yours has the best visuals thats for sure.
 
I really liked your video slinks....But I can't seem to find Hiro's video....Is it true that there are only 25 actual videos submitted??

By the way, a lot of those videos I couldn't even finish watching because they were that dull....Good luck to both of you, I have a feeling one of you will come out on top...
 
thanks roadkill, if you scroll up a bit i put a link in one of my posts for hiro's video.

It's a bit wierd because both mine and hiro's video aren't showing up in the group. It also seems u cant even respond to any of the topics posted in the discussion of the group.

I know we both submitted way before the deadline and yet...I dont know, I hope they got it.
