Music Video I directed and shot Please give it a look.

Not bad. Amongst most videos that suck, this definitely does not suck!

There's not much of a story and the effect becomes a little repetitive toward the middle of the song, but overall a great effort.

I think my biggest beef is that the content is too similar throughout the video. Sky, Girl, Sky Girl, lights. etc. If there's no story perhaps the imagery should be more diverse?

Regardless of all of that, doing that with a still camera is an AMAZING job. Kudos.

EDIT: the most important thing, though, is that it held my interest which is VERY difficult. My philosophy is that the #1 priority is to keep people from tuning off.

Indeed. Its a great piece with some nice music behind. I think that this is the antidote to some of the aweful music that we've been subjected to listening to.. visuals aside.

IMHO I think it's paced very well. Not repetitive at all. Keeps the interest all the way though.. NIce flash cuts and some great locations and good feel. Like it all the way though... I could see this as a little commercial or something too... Not in selling out, but just how it feels and how it comes across. I liked the light effects a lot too...

Very pleasant nice and fresh piece... And again with some good music which seems to be difficult to find these days. The talent is also pleasant.. earthy.. pixie type. A little Bjork maybe, which is VROOOM in my book.

Thanks for sharing and taking the time. I could only imagine how long it took and how patient you would have to be... Do you also own an HVX? Would be cool to see you pull this off with that next time either in single shot or interval.

I felt that the stills cut to fast. Felt jumpy and out of tune with the song. I would have liked a slower transition from still to still.

Justin: I don't own an HvX, but I have a couple of friends that own them. I'm shooting a feature in 2 months with one though. It seems like a great camera.

Has anyone seen what it looks like blown up on the big screen?

Ive always wanted to be VROOOM... Thanks for watching. I'm glad you liked it.

MJ: I geuss you can't please em all eh...

I loved that video. I couldn't personally find anything I would change. I thought it was a nice "day in the life" kind of love story. Very fresh. Great job.
