IEEE Broken...

Ok, so the firewire, the IEEE imput on my camers has 4 little metal prongs on it. I never use my camera to capture except when in extreme situations. Well, I loaned my Camera to a teacher of mine to help him teach a class and he ****ing broke one of the prongs. How do I go about getting this fixed? Please let me know as soon as possible. Thanks so much!

Take it in for service. It will cost u a pretty penny I can tell u that much. They charge alot. If I were u id just buy a cheapo dv camera and use that. It's worth it in the long run and also with the shipping ,insurence, and the service u will be paying more for the fix then for the dv cam. Your choice.
