I like it... so is the movie about a film crew... just kidding but that's what I thought at first... kinda of like the film The Soundman...

"The Soundman" was decent, though I prefer the dirtier, more torrid "Gripgirl". I like your screen grab, is there a reason why you chose to include the fcp interface? Sounds like a great project.

dogcat, thanks, i just took a snapshot from the edit (apple+shift+4 on a mac) didnt really have a reason for including the border of the fcp interface.

i will be posting more screengrabs very soon. as for now, some other details:
13 days of shooting
about 27 locations/scenes
cast: 29 characters, 26+ extras

Working crew of 5
Director (myself), Boom Operator, Gaffer, Production Assistant, Producer

it was a lot of fun...lot of work. I stay on dvxuser reading and learning, i really have to thank this community and everyone involved for being such a valuable resource for independent filmmakers. I didnt have the opportunity to go to any type of film school, I just pick things up and play with them. lol

Here the FBI Agents are wiring up one of the guys they turned over in the Crew. I am in the Yankee Hat, stepping out of the shot after giving the actors some more instruction for the scene.

I will be posting more pictures up randomly to this thread...screen grabs and BTS stuff. We'll probably be in post production for the next month.

What 35mm adapter are you using, lenses?
Nice dof you have there.

Brevis: http://www.cinevate.com/

Nikon 85mm 2 AIS
Nikon 50mm 1.2 AIS
Nikon 28mm 2.8 AIS

thanks.
btw, everyone says you should put your ND Filter on in front of the lens when shooting outdoors...I use the ND in camera and still get great images.
