Hello Folks
I'm convinced now that I need to upgrade for the HVX200:), please recommend an affordable 35mm adapter for this camcorder:dankk2:

I think a review/shoot out is in order. A lot of options out there. Initially, I like what I've seen from the SG alot but some of the other footie looks sweet too... I think the ease of use and configuring and tweeking is also another issue. A buddy recently bought the Redrock... I didn't get to see it as he sent it back. Hated the tweeking he had to do...

That footage on the SGPro website has to be some of the sharpest I've seen from the many 35mm adapters out there.

shootout.... I need to get one for a project in July... Possibly earlier so I'm interested and also waiting to see about that $800 HD monitor... quite a nice combo there...

What $800 hd monitor are you referring to?

The Sgpro is Super easy ot use. no adustments neccesary even if you change lenses. Wayne designed it so the Mounts have different lengths, so you dont have to move the GG ever.

But if anything ever happens you can adjust it fro mOUTSIDE the adapter while its running, and attached tot he camera. so you can adjust it perfectly, while looking at a monitor.

i completely love me SGpro. :)

Cool! Any link to your footage, Timur?

Well you will see it in the NYC tourism ads. but we havent shot it yet.

samples, are up in the HVX section. "NYC stuff", but thats crappy stuff compared to what we did lately.

Till now I allways heard just the best about SGPro, but M2 has to have at least one advantage over SGPro, wheter that bee in colours, more film like quality or somethin elese. Or SGpro is in all things better than M2?

they mad ean older model. the Sg35. that was actually pretty nice. but it had its own issues.
