WTB: 35mm adaptor for HVX (from company with a phone)

Is it just me or is anyone else wondering why you cant place a call to redrock, brevis, or seemingly anyone else selling 'moving glass' 35 adaptors??
I have a shoot comming in approx 10 days.
i have the money to buy, but would like to hear a voice confirming my ship date.
Brevis said they would be at zero day backlog by the end of march. but i cant even get an email answered.

I agree, I don't understand it either... Not only they don't put their phone number, some of them like Brevis I think, don't even put an address...
 
HC, we get a rather huge volume of email, and we do answer every one. At some point in the near future we'll have resources to commit a full time person on email/phone, but we're a very small outfit..and working very lean to keep costs low. My other problem is that I like to talk to much. I do communicate personally with customers via skype and phone. Our address is no secret to customers either...but keep in mind we do not have a storefront.

The reason we have a forum, and plenty of helpful users, is to make it easier to both search information, research options, check out footage, or just get a feel for the company. It's also an efficent way to communicate with a lot of people in an efficient manner. No one is being mislead, ripped off, or left unsupported...and our users will attest to that.

It's true that we're expecting to be caught up by month's end but a shoot in 10 days would be a stretch...

I have to step in in Dennis's defense here. He's got probably one of the best costumer support around. Not only does he make these quality adapters him self, but he takes the time to reply e-mails, private messages, suggestions, posts on most forums. He is a very communicative person that is always listening and trying to make his product better and better (frankly I'm amazed at how this man is constantly working to make the brevis better and to suit all possible visual tastes). I have absolutely no doubt that the brevis is heading for a great future. Too bad I'm Barcelona, Dennis, I wouldn't mind giving you a hand with the work load at all. It's no secret I'm an adapter fanatic :D
