Hi there, very high production value, and good allround.

And I'm not trying to diss this here cause it's great work, I'm just asking, why the major continuity issue between 2:07 and 2:20?

why the major continuity issue between 2:07 and 2:20?

By that I assume you are talking about the exposure?

The reason the tree etc might appear in a different place is
because of a lens-change for the inserted drivers license shot. You notice on 2:20 it pans up from the license handover. This was a completely different setup
from the rest of the shooting of this part of the scene. But everything is
indeed in the same place, it is only an optical illusion. ;)

I liked the clip. Very high production value. I kind of saw the joke coming but still good none the less.

Not to be be nosey or anything, but I am always curious when something with this high of a production value and, I am assuming, high budget is shot for the web. Do you often make a return on your investment or is this mostly shot for experience and enjoyment?

Also,Would it be possible to get a list of equipment you used? I really like the sound quality and am curious as to what was used.

I watched a few of your others and have to say The Long Road Home was your best.

All of them are really well made, Now I am really curious about your production and how you you manage. Do you have othe outlets for this material other than the web. Sorry for being nosey.

edit:
Nevermind, I just watched your dv3production company reels. You guys have some serious skills.

We are going after mobile markets world wide with the MobiJokes Series. no ROI yet though...

This looked nice, but I didn't think any of the acting was very good at all, and the setup for the joke seemed unreasonable to me. I didn't believe that a cop would call for backup before checking out the trunk.

Obviously the punchline wouldn't have worked without all the cops there, but that just didn't make any sense to me, and the dialogue between the woman and the.. chief(?) was essentially a recap of what just happened. I think this is the type of joke that works better on paper, or in an email. No offense.

But I don't want to drag on. I always enjoy watching your shorts, and they always impress me visually and technically. Keep up the good work!

can't hit a blockbuster every time. thanks for the feedback Aculag.

it's about a body of work at this point..

Liked the ending credits a lot. Good production value and I'm sure you called in some favors for the cop cars. Also great player design. Is that flash based?

Thought the chief was a bit flat in his performance. The chick was also trying to be a little bit hotter than she really is, but that's not necessarily a bad choice... Technically very clean and put together well.

men I cant believe some of the critics we have on this site, the OLson brothers rule.

You guys need to get in touch with a few ad agencies here in Los Angeles, they will put you in touch with the mobile phone companies. You would be Obligated to throw in a few product placement props.

keep the jokes coming great work guys I wish you a lot of success.

Just watched the latest joke. Really good stuff. I didn't think the joke was so obvious at all. The production values you guys give your whole product is superb. I'm inspired by your credit sequences.

Feedback wise, I wouldn't have settled for that performance from your cop.
