Timeline in adobe premiere 2.0

just bought a dvx100b and i want to know what is the best way to edit 24pa
just to create a 24p timeline? do i need to do something else ? i want to achive the best method to obtain film motion.

You got it, that's all there is to it. Shoot 24pA, edit 24p timeline, export 24pA.
