The 2010p battery mount is compatable with Panasonic DV batteries only. Combines 4 advanced LEDs with professional optic technology design. The S-2010p includes an adapter to power the light from a standard Panasonic DV battery. This adapter plate clamps conveniently onto the panbar or camera handle for a quick and easy power solution.

Controllable Dimmer
Colour Temperature : 5600K

I'd also recommend the vidled. He's a fellow DVXuser, and I've only heard great things out the lights themselve's, and his customer support.

Guess it depends on when this shoot is, as there might not be enough time to get it shipped out to you.

so what i posted above is nto considered good?

ive been on vidled site but im unsure which one i would need...

the varizoom is a great lite as well it came down to that one and the vidled. but to quote rc23 vidled is very easy to deal with and ive always gotten my stuff from them in 2 days.

Wow - I completely misread the topic of this thread as "shooting dark panties."

Yeah, I'm a little disappointed. :)

I've never used it, but by the specs, it seems like a nice light. I can't see any reason why it would not be up to par.

thanks rc...you think this will be sufficient to use as key?

sorry for my million and one questions.

Well... that depends on how far away from your subject you are. I would say it'd be alright to use. It's got the dimmer, so that's a plus - - and barndoors = another plus.

Should be just fine.
