Fs100, V3.0 where to buy?

Hello,

I just looked at the FS 100 at a local vendor, but it was version 2.0, so I didn't buy it-after writing Focus Enhancements, I was told i'd have to purchace the upgrade.
Does anyone have a link to dealers selling Version 3.0?
I suppose the only way to make sure is through a phone call before purchasing, but even then...
You know how it is-salesperson assures you it's the latest version, and as soon as you open it...
