Rock performance video. Something far from what I've ever shot in my short music video directing history. I love music videos with stories (would shoot all narrative videos for all my videos if I could), but I wanted to prove to myself I could do performance stuff. Definitely learned a lot on this shoot. Also helps that the band were extremely professional and worked their asses off (while drinking massive amount of beer of course)
Very controlled shoot with the band only playing specific sections for most of the time... didn't want to shoot the whole song 100 times then cut it together.
Shot for $50, which was for the delicious pizza. Used Canon 50mm lens on Letus 35beta.
Decided to embrace the faults of the letus35beta. Thought the light reflection prevalent in the lens of the adapter would work perfectly for this video... it's called "Kaleidoscope" by PROX. http://www.myspace.com/proxband
this is a ROUGH CUT... looking for some detailed feedback. They won't be releasing this video for a while, but want to get the final cut done asap. But this is pretty close to what I want.

Thanks and cheers!

EDIT: btw, there is one static long shot that irks me... guess where it is....
