Looking for Nikon F 35mm lenses!

[Alex Jeffery]

Having just purchased the M2 HD adapter we are now looking for 35mm lenses with the Nikon F mount. Perhaps this post can double as a question... can someone lead us in the right direction to pick up lenses that will work with the Nikon F mount? -- We are shooting on the HVX. -- As much information you can give will help us immensely. Very much appreciated... -- also, we used the search engine on the site and got impatient with not finding results after a few searches (one can only wait 60 seconds in between searches for so long...)

Thanks again.

almost any nikon lens you find will be f mount. they haven't changed their mount in many many years. stay away from dx(digital) lenses.

are two decent places to look for lenses.

thanks, matty. that's good information to know, and very basic information at that... also, thanks for the links.

I just sold 3 f1.4 50mm lenses, and yes nikon has had the same mount since 1956 or so. Good luck
