For sale:
Never used in field, only tested, like new Marshall V-LCD4-Pro 4" LCD monitor w/case and battery $210. Comes w/original box. Rubber feet came off, but are in box. Power plug says charger only, so I don't know if it originally came with another power plug. It works with the monitor or charging the battery.

Cinetactics Matteblox MB100m. Like new. Used on one project. Standard french flag and oversized french flag. Two 4 x 4 filter holders, 72mm ring and case $150

FCP Keyboard (new and never used). From Macally called the imediakey. USB. $45 (4 years old, but never used). Discovered when testing that the keyboard has small cosmetic piece missing, floating around inside. Not worth opening to fix. New Price $40 (as low as I will go). Picture of piece at the web link-

What is the battery unit like? Does it attach directly to the monitor, or does it include a cable?
It doesn't say on B+H, but can you tell us what the approximate viewing angle is, both vertically and horizontally?

Hole in side of the battery backing, no hole in the back of the metal housing the LCD. They must have some trick for this at the Marshall website. You could also make holes in the metal housing. Wish I could tell you what I did, but never used it in the field.

The viewing angle is good horizontally and falls off some vertically when off axis. The Marshall website for accessories is here: http://www.lcdracks.com/accessor/mounts.html
