Nice rig. Thnx for the BTS shots. Looking forward to the vid. Oh, also 1) is that a 2 camera shoot? If so, both with same adapters? 2) is that a Kinoflow, or a DIY kinoflo?

I only shot with 1 adapter, with mainly two different lenses. A 50mm prime, and a 8mm fisheye (bringing it back to the 90's!!) That's a real 4ft kino, we had two of them. Vincent, thanks for your kind words man! This vid should rock out! It's a killer song!

I decided to throw up some stills from the vid to keep you interested...I should be posting the final vid within the next couple of days! Hope you like em!

Turned out to be too powerful and would of blown the whole picture out. I was planning on having them facing the camera in back, instead i used them to light the background space behind the band

looking sweet noah, i'm guessing you might have used andrew kramer's light streak tutorial from looking at those stills?, which look sexeh btw,

i'm looking forward to seeing this when its done.

Wish I edited that quickly! Do you CC in AE or in the NLE. Probably both, but I know you're great with AE (which I'm just trying out w/ baby steps). Like those grainy overlays...is that an overlay or filter? I like how you use that here and there. Actually, maybe that's just a dirty mirror and CC. But I thought I remembered seeing s "dirt" overlay in another one of your vids.

The "nano" streaks should be very cool in this. I like that you use FX in your vids. Not too many people here do. Cool grabs.

I had a production question. How did you get that location? Did you built a set, or find an abandoned place and guerilla shoot or get permits?

Cool shots though. I'm not a rock N Roll guy but I'd definetly watch the finished product.

The location: I connected with some one in Chicago who owns a bunch of different places. This being one he had access to in an old ink factory. No permits since i've become friends with him...We didn't dress it up much lol, it looked just the way i wanted...nice and crappy! But i know other location normally won't do a thing unless you have insurance...that is a must and can get quite pricey.
Jamesh: You'd have to see those streaks in motion, they are single frames not a motion tracking lingering type of flash...guess you can't tell when it's a single frame =( video should be done and up in next day or so!

Now thats a pretty darn neat music vid. Really really good editing - i can't believe you managed to edit something like that so fast! Great job on the video, and damn good job on the editing!

Great! The light streaks around the guitar necks are cool. I especially like the non-performance cuts, as the bleached grading breaks it up nicely. Awesome balance of FX/grading. Only thing I'd say is a couple shots of the other band members are quite dark, but that might have a lot to do with web viewing. Your vids are definitely tight, man. I'm watching!
