Question about DVX100B Rebate, Book, and Software

Hi, I got a DVX100B back on the 29th of January and sent off the form for the rebate, DVX book and DVD, and software that same day. I haven't heard anything back from Panasonic on it and nobody ever answers the phone at their Rebate Help Desk number. I emailed the person whose voicemail comes up and she hasn't gotten back to me either. I remember someone from Panasonic being on these forums so I was hoping he/she could help me out and let me know when to expect all the rebate stuff.

I got a DVX100B right at the end of 2006, and completed the online registration for book/rebate in early January.

This week I received my barry book, magic bullet, instant HD, but NO REBATE CHECK!?!?!?!

Is this normal for check and book to be shipped separately? I'm uncelar as to whom to contact at Panasonic for information on my rebate check.

any help or information from Jan or anyone else at Panasonic would be appreciated.

the check takes a lot longer than the book/software...don't worry, it is still a little early to worry
 
I ordered mine a few days into January 2007. I got the rebate check probably a week ago, and the book/DVD a couple days ago.

I've also haven't received any responses from the person in charge or rebates. I left a phone message a few days ago because my rebate check was only for $350 when I qualify for the $500 rebate and I the rebate website even said a $500 check was being issued. Has anyone else experienced this?
 
I ordered right before Christmas. I filled out the rebate form the day the camera came in. That was somewhere around Dec 22nd. I received the book and software in early Jan. Now I am just waiting on the check. According to the site it is in proccess and the amount is correct.
 
hm I tried to look up my info on that site and it said no results could be found. I sent my rebate info off a little bit over a week ago, does it take a little bit to be able to check the progress of it or what?
 
I just tried to look up my info on that site as well and nothing came up. I sent my info off about two weeks ago...

Same, Jan(the guy on here that works for panasonic) suggested to me to call the number on the rebate form and see what's up.
 
I've tried calling that number several times and nobody ever picks up. I emailed the person and she never responded.
 
hm my dad just called them for me and they picked up right away, but this might answer our problem: they've been backed up alot with the rebates and what not since christmas.
 
Anyone that replied to this thread receive their checks and books yet? I've been waiting way too long for mine and am becoming concerned.
