What is the best way to uprez HVX DV footage?

I'm shooting a doc, and have been forced into shooting the interview footage in DV mode (525 25P PAL squeeze). The main reason being, I don't have enough P2 cards or a firestore. The main footage for the film is being shot in 720 25P DVCPROHD.

I'm hoping someone can tell me the most accepted way to uprez the DV footage to get it looking acceptable when it is output at 720P alongside footage shot at that rez.

Obviously I can do it in FCP, but I'm guessing this isn't the cleanest uprez route. I will get a proper tape grade done at the end, but imagine the uprez is something I'll have to do seperately?
 
You can always go the hardware route by sending footage to Teranex. Within FCP, you can use Resizer2 or InstantHD. There will be some softness (or worse) in your footage since that's a lot of pixels to add.
