I haven't posted any of my work in a while, so here's alittle music video I did for an artist named Definne. And yes, there are women in thongs in the video, or maybe its just my imagination.

Hey,

I think there were some really cool moments in that video. I was lauphing when they walk by the "cop" and he hides behind the pole.

The Charlies Angles walk in slow mo worked pretty well, but the weather made less hot. I also really like the master shot of the crunking.

What kind of lighting did you have?

I think that you could push the colors for the two videos to make it a little more interesting. The Artbeats work pretty well too.

I like.

Cheers,

Matt

We used a lowell kit. Nothing spectacular. Just two 500 watt lights and did a lot of bouncing off walls, etc.

Nothing major just an average hiphop music video.

duce!!

thanks for viewing...

some nice stuff in there. Didn't seem to have any women in thongs.. More of slightly fat women in small shorts... which isn't all bad!

wow, compression looked great for a video on you tube. please post some more footage of the guy at the end. the color saturation in the early bedroom shots were amazing for dark skintones, good job. Overall very good video.

hahaha, FUNNY AS HELL!!!!!! Great job on lighting.. I know how hard it is to light dark skin.. Nice job! M2? what lenses?

LOVE THE GUY HIDING BEHIND THE POLL!! CLASSIC!!!

We used the M2 / Nikon lens. I tried my best to avoid the typical cliche hiphop video but what we ended up with worked, for me and my grandma at least. The client is happy and so makes me, thats all that matters. Plus we all had a great time shooting the video.

Thanks again everyone for checking it out. peace!

everything was shot on a 50mm f1.8. as for the lights, we had three 1Ks DP lowels, and a small 150-watt household light in a china lantern for fill. the bedroom was lit with a 1K out of the window, and the china lantern on the other side of the room. I replaced the light in the recording booth from a 60-watt to the 150-watt. all of the lighting was fairly simple.

thanks for the comments.
