Glidecam 4000 and Stickypod with HVX-200?

Have people used the Glidecam
4000 with the HVX-200 and how have your results been?

Also, I have a Stickypod Pro that I love but I've generally used it for smaller cameras although
it should be able to hold an HVX-200 as I believe that it's within the weight range. Still, that's
a lot of $ hanging on a car. Yes, I do tend to safety the heck out of hanging a camera but still
do any of you use a Stickpod Pro for hanging an HVX-200 on a car for moving shots?

Thanks.

I use the Glidecam 4000 with the HVX. Had to move up to the 4000 from the 2000 with the HVX, as it was too much weight for the 2000. It takes some time to get it balacned correctly. But once done, it does a hell of a great job.

I'd contact the Stickpod folks directly about weight issues. They're really nice folks, they should be honest with you about it.

Thanks Ben! Glad to hear about the 4000 and good suggestion to call
Stickypod. Tom is real nice (and a good salesman. I was all set to buy some-
thing else but called him just to compare. He sold me the Stickypod Pro
and i'm glad that he did - it's great! - but he could sell ice to an Eskimo.
That isn't a criticism; he believes in what he's selling and earned my trust
and yeah, he's very candid about what you can do and what you should
think twice about.
I'm sure that he'd have some pretty good ice!)
