TEMPO - The Wrath of Indifference

Nicolas... Great to chat with you earlier. All the best with your film and good luck with everything!

Cheers,

I really enjoyed this one. Very poetic.

I too thought Similo when I saw it. I kept expecting the long shots of the desert to reveal a white car. :P

Nevertheless, very poetic. The score was wonderful.

Are you really OUT ?

Why ?

I know it looks like Similo. It's a HOMAGE to Macgregor. A homage. D'you know what that means, Mac? I look up to this guy.

I wonder how you guys got to see it. We were supposed to be out...

I'm not saying there's anything at all wrong with emulating a style you like. I really liked your short... I'm just wondering where all this animosity is coming from...

Everyone's jumping on you because you "supposedly" copied Similo. Visually, it was similar, but other than that... unique.

Oh I knew what the risk of doing this was. Macgregor is my friend and I admire his work. This is just a homage to his best work. I like to direct other kinds of stories. Ever heard of Buñuel? ;)

Tell them about Godard. Nicolas always make shortfilms with people talking about Godard. I wonder why in this shortfilm no one says Godard at least once... :/

Porque es un homenaje a tí, michi

Yes, I love godard. So. here doesnt? And you love Orson Welles.... tell them about Orson welles and Kurosawa. :D

really loved how this was shot, great job on that. The story didnt really connect with me, i'll watch it again later :D
