Darn it! I entered my short into the Sonoma Film Fest last year, and it got rejected! Small world, eh?

Mark Johnson said:Napa has always been sort of special to me due to a little event that occurred in the late 80's when I was a pretty new lawyer with not much experience outside of the midwest. In fact, every year I throw a party at a little cooking school in San Francisco and invite 20 close friends so we can all drink wine and cook a meal together. Traditionally, before we sit down to eat the meal we have prepared together, I always tell the story. It's sort of like a poor man's Christmas Carol in a way, I guess. Anyway, a long time ago one of my friends asked me to write down the story and so I put it on a web page. Since so many of you on the forum here have become true friends I'll share it here with those who care to read it:

Mark Johnson said:If it was, you definitely have higher class neighbors than I do. The 2004 is going for about $350 a bottle at Drager's in Palo Alto! However, if I had a bottle and you were around I'd open it for you, Rebecca!
