"If Only"... short film for Drama-Fest

Interesting, my situation.

After reading about the Drama-Fest couple weeks ago i decided to try something for the festival.

4 days ago i wrote a 6 page screenplay with 3 characters - Erica, Lenny & Luke.

Yesterday i spent about 6 hours filming the 6 page screenplay.

Late last night i made the 1st cut and the movie is approximately 9 Mins & 50 Seconds.

I tried cutting the scenes shorter but that messed up the whole story and the drama. So i've retained the 1st cut version.

Question is.... Can i still make the submission? Even if I CANNOT participate in the festival, i would still be very interested in everyone's feedback and ratings.

Please provide your thoughts.

You can enter as a non-competing entry. I'm sure everyone would like to see it...:thumbsup:
 
Oh no, it's coming...I just remembered how horrorfest went. I spent like two weeks running on coffee and smokes as I burned through ALL of those films and wrote about them. And I thought I would get some rest in Feb...:(
 
I'm just wondering if I should do the Horror-Fest feedback run-through this time or not.
 
dude, those reviews were the SHIZZLE. Only this time, I want you to put them all in one thread, so we can make like a Kholi-book out of them.
 
Actually, one thing I am most excited about in this fest is a big-assed review from you. I hope you'll dig the film, but you are so detailed and level-headed...

sorry to jack your thread dude. Totally submit, the fests around here are a ton of fun.
 
Aw, I was expecting an off-handed, yet friendly, ribbing from the Mark man. Thanks. I've already planned to do the same detailed reviews as before. Can't wait to see everyone's work, again.

Speaking of which, to the thread starter: Put it up! I'd be happy to take a double-watch of it.
