HD Footage down converted onto a sd field monitor

Hey everyone,

Does anyone know if you can use the hvx200 to down convert the 720 60p footage that already has the pulldown removed to an external sd field production monitor through s-video of the camera?

I have a field monitor and I am having a tough time finding something that can display the video timeline feed from final cut pro onto the sd monitor after the varicam pulldown has been removed from the 720 60p footage, which is the 720 23.98p footage.

S-video supports 59.94i period. The HVX will convert live or from card to sd via the s-video out.

If editing with the camera plugged into the computer and the field monitor plugged into the monitor, and my editing timeline frame rate is 23.98 720p (the footage was varicam 60p, but fcp removed the pulldown, also the compressor codec for the preset is 720p60) will I still be able to view the 23.98 footage on the monitor through either rca or svideo?
