Got an email back from Veronica today, saying that mine package was shipped out last Friday! Should be here in a day or two! :)
 
Can you get me that contact / email address so I can follow up on my order?

I just called and she said mine are scheduled to ship out next Friday. I bought two cameras 12-5-06 and it says processed on 12-8-06 on the web site...

Your process date was 11/22/06... :cry:
Mine was 12/28/06, does that mean mine will arive almost a month after yours does?

wow that 4-6 weeks thing is pretty accurate.

i sent mine 12/17 Processed 12/21

So basically it should come around 2/7/07
 
Maybe this is out of topic .. I envy you!
We people living in the South East Asia region (Pal) never get any rebate or promotion from Panasonic . The minimum purchase price for a 4gb P2 is around $ 670.00. So I read that Panasonic is giving a 8gb P2 for new HVX customer , when I bought mine in November from the official distributor I get really jealous of you .
 
The UPS guy just dropped off mine! Submitted on 11/22 seems like a long time, but now I'm doing the Snoopy Happy Dance.
 
Chuck - did you have to fax your receipt? I've heard some recevied a letter from Panasonic, but I've not seen one.

No I just filled in the form on the web, never was asked to fax anything.

Bought the camera and filled out the form on 11/09/2006. It arrived in my office this morning on 1/18/2007. It took 11 weeks and a few phone calls to Panasonic - but I got it.

I just filled out the online form for mine and it asked me to mail my invoice after i submitted the form - maybe its just certain sn's??

I just got my P2 card and Barry's book yesterday. I downloaded the P2 software from the support desk and read Barry's book while I was on the treadmill (takes a lot of concentration to not fall off a treadmill when reading, btw).

As I looked at the P2 card, I thought, Holy Toledo, Batman, this sucker cost $$ and I got it free - woo.
