24 - Season 6

I can't believe that three healthy people can't overpower one high school terrorist with an injury as severe as he had. The dad should have grabbed the gun while the mom shoved her finger, hand, whatever as deep into that wound as she could. They would have overpowered him in a second.
 
I did, however, LOVE the plan that Jack and Assan (sp?) executed to get the terrorist into the car with Assan while Jack followed behind. That was pretty cool!

Jacks's still got it! :thumbsup:

yeah , but when you hear the back story of WHY he felt that way, I really couldn't blame him.

The look of "WTF" on his face after Jack shot him was priceless.
 
I have watched Ep. 4, 4 times already, and every time it comes to when Jack shoots Curtis, I still get a lump in my throat... I just cannot believe it... and then the bomb goes off... it's quite stunning.

Aren't all the driving times a fantasy? They're always 10-15 minutes away from anywhere. In L.A. that's what, 4 blocks tops? I know I haven't been everywhere in L.A.; but anywhere I have been, I didn't get there quickly.

My wife flipped out when Jack shot Curtis. I do wish they would've dragged out the arc a little more. Curtis went from zero-to-homicidal in 45 minutes. Still shock, though.
 
Just started watching it this season. Man, this show is addicting. I find it even more addicting than Lost (although I'll be happy when Lost returns).

Is it possible to watch episodes online for free like ABC and NBC do? Went to the FOX website, but couldn't find anything.
 
Bittorent - ~~Bitlord is the best way.

I downloaded the first 4 episodes via there and apparently a preview of episode 5 is available though i havnt seen it. You need a DIVX codec though? To view it. Thats easyily downloadable to. Yet again I deleted mine when i lost my internet. And cant view it anymore >_<
 
Just finished watching Ep. 5....Wow! What a way to hook me in for next week. Definitely a powerful finish. I loved when Jack's brother said Jack was already hurting him and then Jack responded that no he wasn't :)

Oh man...gotta wait a whole week.

I'm guessing that wasn't thought of until AFTER last season. Writers are sneaky that way. Cool twist, though. I'm still hoping the ghost of David Palmer will return and smack down his siblings. I find both annoying.
 
Yeah, those LA drive times are hilarious. Especially in light of the fact that there's a mushroom cloud over Valencia. It used to be kinda pretty out there in a rocky, sagebrushy natural high desert kinda way. I remember, back in the '70s when the only thing out there was a truck stop and a Magic Mountain.

Now, in a land where TV miles are a hundredth of a real mile, Jack Bauer can drive from Torrance to Manhattan Beach or Azusa in, like, five minutes. Oh, my brother lives in Eagle Rock now? Be right there - I'm just in Commerce at the casino where the terrorists hang out behind the Citadel.

Los Angeles. Good times.
