I can see you put a lot of work into this. Unfortunately, I don't have time to get into more detail but my initial thoughts about your reel are that you seem to have backed yourself into a corner.

The whole thing looks more like it's from one unified piece rather than a "best of". I realize there are several different shots in here but because they all look the same to me (or is it just one effect on lots of different shots?) it feels like your experience is very limited.

It seems to me from what you are presenting here that you specialize in campy/sideshow/goth/underground footage. Is this what you are trying to convey?

and btw Pine Lake guy, I live in Sammamish too! Just ordered my DVX last week, should be here by the end of this one!
I'll prob be back in the Beaver Lake trail system this spring and summer filming- there are some beautiful places back there.

Disjecta LOL:Campy/sideshow/goth/underground footage.

Its because I shoot alot of music videos (Strange ideas/ CC), I suppose I have developed a certain...campy style :) Don't tell my wife!!!

Really appealing visually. Disjecta brings up a good point, but its really great quality work!

WHat's the music?
 
I thought it was pretty interesting and creative. Definatley more of a Director's reel for weird campy music videos than anything.
