Help me I can't see FS-100 on windows XP pro !!!!

Hi,
I have connected FS-100 to my PC (windows XP pro) and I have bypassed the fs-100. Success ! But I don't see my FS-100 in the explorer or anywhere !!!

HELP ME !!!! Thanks

What do you mean by "I have bypassed the FS-100. Success!"
 
The notice explains that to connect the FS-100 I should go into "HDD MODE" then "DD DRIVE" then the screen says "CONNECT COMPUTER THEN ENABLE BYPASS". So I press "ENABLE" and the FS-100 says "SUCCESS".

But when I open the explorer on windows I don't see the FS-100 like my others hard drives. How can I find it ? I hope this explanation will suits you and will give you more details because I am lost.

This is a random stab, but did you plug in using the right firewire port? The FS-100 has two, one for connecting to the camera, but the other one is for connecting to a computer; make sure you're using the right one...
 
I had a problem a couple times while doing transfers that for some reason the Firestore either didn't show up or took forever (3-4 minutes) for Windows to notice it.

In those cases, I did a refresh of Explorer and/or disconnected/reconnected a couple times and rebooted the computer, after which it worked.

Also, for some reason, my laptop was cranky and a couple times wouldn't notice the firestore if a USB was plugged in... but it immediately showed up when I unplugged the USB device.

I have try on five computers at my work. All computers have see the FS-100 !!!
So the problem come from my computer....
