DV Rack 2.0 HD Purchase in the UK

I want to purchase DV Rack 2.0 HD, I live in the UK. The UK & EU Adobe stores don't list the product. The North American store lists the product, but my credit card won't authorise a transaction with a US delivery address and I only want the download version.. In the North American store, you can't select the UK as a delivery country option.

Very frustrating!

Had anyone in Europe purchased this product?

I purchased it directly from Seriuos Magic. I don't remember if I payed with credit card or if it was payed through Paypal. No problems though. I first bough the DVRack "shipped version", but for upgrade to hdv-pack and later on to 2.0 HD I bought the download versions. No problems regarding payments and such anyway.

Well now Adobe have taken over, its pancake. I can't buy it!

Hi there,

I feel yer pain !!!!! I'm from South Africa, and bought last week. Just be ready to get no help from Adobe (cause you are not in America they won't support you, and like you said Adobe UK does not yet list or support the product).

Contact a company called Softwrap, you can buy it from them for $499 (same as Adobe price). Serious Magic licensed them to unlock the software.

They helped me download the HD trail (watch out the serious magic website download is the SD version).

Installed and clicked on "Buy now".

The people at Softwrap are extremely helpful!
As well as the original Serious Magic staff, they too actually help you.
