Anyone get their free P2 card yet?

I'm normally pretty patient, but its been over 5 weeks (did the online rebate thing on Nov. 21st) and still no card or book. Got the request for the original invoice about 3 weeks ago and returned it. Need the card for a music video shoot on the 14th.
Getting tired of shooting SD. No HD, no Progressive, no time lapse, no 24 or
48fps, nothing. I need to learn this thing before then! Anyone got their "free" card yet, or is it just lucky me?:violin:

Hey there,

I put my order in on 12/14 and was hoping to have it by 2/1/07. My status has been "Fulfillment in process" the whole time. Does anyone know what stage I'm in and what I can expect? I've tried emailing and calling to get an update but have not received a response. If what you say is correct I'm going to be in a difficult spot come February shoot time.

I started a poll called "Got it!" where there i the options of 1 through 7th weeks of wait time so we can create some sort of graph giving us an idea of when we might get ours...
only 4 people voted though and I think one is a BS vote but check it out


from what I've heard (not much) it takes in average at least 4 weeks and most come on the sixth week

Yeah, mainstreetprod, got mine before Christmas, a few days shy of five weeks. Delivered via UPS in a padded envelope that also had the HVX Book and CD.

Added my vote to the "Got it" posting.

DXmetal told me he has another month before he gets his, and he's had his HVX for a whle. I guess its a good thing however, because it means that people took that rebate seriously. Panny listened and extended the rebate and deal so im sure they're pretty happy. Ide hate to wait though lol if I was an HVX owner. Ide be banging my head on the wall for one.

I went back to the Panny page and looked at my "fullfillment in process" page,
turns out I did it on the 21st rather than the 8th, so it's only been just over 5 weeks. I look forward to participating in the poll, 'cause that will mean it is in my hands!

No, I never got any letter requesting the invoice, but I did just get this from Veronica at Panasonic. I am very dissatisfied with the situation. Here is our e-mail conversation in full as of today:

Okay, I JUST got this forwarded to me from Veronica at Panasonic. I did not receive it back in December when she said it was mailed out. Take heed those of you who did not get this:

did you get a letter requesting that you send in a copy of the receipt? I haven't gotten a letter yet. Just wondering if I need to send mine in or not.

I applied yesterday. It seems they revised the system. Now when you submit it tells you to print out the confirmation page and send it in with the original invoice.

Which number do you call? I cant find any number listed on panasonic's website.
